It is very easy to knit a complete a baby blanket in a couple of days when you have nothing else to do. I tweaked the Big Bad Baby Blanket pattern from
Stitch n' Bitch to fit the amazing cradle that Jared's dad made (pictures of the cradle will come later if I can ever finish the bumper pads). I used
Wool-Ease Thick & Quick in pumpkin, and I love the way it turned out!
I am so immensely impressed by this. I tried to make this pattern once and only got about 3 rows of seed stitch before ripping it out and throwing the yarn in a drawer. Also, I love the color of this blanket! It's absolutely perfect. I can't wait to see the crib all put together!
